Madison Shaver

- Loan Officer
 

Madison started her career in the mortgage industry while she was still in college, and she went full time as soon as she graduated with her Bachelor's Degree. The past 5 years, Madison has been helping clients buy their dream homes. Madison has been recognized as one of the Top 5 Loan Officers in the entire company.

 

When Madison is not in the office she can be found by the ocean (either on the beach or on the boat), or at a baseball game cheering on her husband.

Ashleigh Brown

- Loan Coordinator  
 

Ashleigh is Madison's right hand woman. She is the go-to on the daily movement of files. She works closely with the clients, agents, and our Ops Team to make the loan process smooth and easy. She has a passion for others, and loves staying in touch with everyone involved.

 

On the weekends, Ashleigh can be found doing crafts or soaking up the sun on the boat.

Lory Gesite

- Administrative Assistant

 

Lory is our administrative assistant. She is extremely organized, and loves to help out in any way that she can. While you might not speak with Lory, I can assure you that she is working hard behind the scenes.

​

When Lory is not at the office, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family.

In-House Processors

 

Once you go under contract, one of our AWESOME in house processors will be the one communicating between the client and the underwriter. They take care of the underwriting conditions/requests and they make sure that all of the paperwork is done for closing.

A real life-person that dives deep into the details of the documents and file information. They ensure that we have everything that we need and that we meet all of the required loan guidelines.
